(Senior/ Junior) Business Analyst

About the Job:

We are currently seeking a (Senior/ Junior) Business Analyst to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operation & Innovation and working closely with the top management of NVD, you will play a pivotal role in the successful digital transformation initiatives and implementation of multiple systems, including TMS, ERP, and CRM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing our end-to-end business processes and systems landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and automate existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to derive insights, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive processes and training documentation. Ensure clear and accessible project documentation, especially for subsidy-related projects.
• Project Management: Utilize project management tools to update and track project progress. Manage development, localization, and integration projects from inception to completion.
• Application Support: Provide administrative support and troubleshooting for applications such as CRM, TMS and ERP of NVD Asia.
  Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system and integration testing. Oversee data quality checks across various systems and coordinate with data owners for resolution.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain operational KPI dashboards. Handle group-level reporting and respond to ad-hoc data/reporting requests. Gather and evaluate complicated data to generate perceptive analysis that will help corporate executives make decisions.
• Data Management: Handle data migration, archiving, and cleanup processes. Facilitate data transfers between systems and ensure data integrity.
• Process Audit and Control: Conduct investigations and audits related to system usage and user behavior. Monitor productivity and time spent on systems for efficiency optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain or other relevant disciplines
• Experience in system implementation, process management or data analysis is a plus.
• Attention to details and deadlines.
• Experience in logistics, international shipping or freight forwarding related industries is an advantage
• Experience in Tableau, PowerBI and/or Spotfire is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent languages (English and Chinese), communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMP, Scrum) are plus.
• Recent university graduates are also welcome.
