Customer management

Within these functions, you will be in frequent contact with our customers, both by phone and e-mail. You offer (administrative) support in the logistical processes regarding the registration and cancellation of shipments. You are basically the point of contact for customers and internal colleagues and like to think along with them about suitable solutions where needed.
